Investment Casting

LOST-WAX PRECISION CASTING · 20 GM TO 250 K

Our core process. Adstefan simulation in every quote. Water-soluble and ceramic cores in-house. 150+ alloys including stainless, duplex, nickel-base, cobalt-base, copper-base, etc. Tolerance per VDG P690 D1 (normal) / D2 (stringent) and ISO 8062-3 DCTG 5–9. Surface finish below Ra 6.3 standard, below Ra 3.2 on demand.

BEST FOR:

Precision steel components, complex geometries, internal passages, alloys difficult for machining, etc. Volumes from 500 to 50,000 pieces.

Precision Machining

CNC MACHINING · CASTINGS & STANDALONE PARTS

28 CNC machines plus conventional lathes. ZEISS CONTURA G2 CMM. ISO IT6–IT9 tolerance, Ra 0.2 to 3.2 microns surface finish. Cast-and-machined components delivered under one quality system — no vendor handoff between casting and machining. Standalone machining welcomed for parts you supply or source elsewhere.

BEST FOR:

Cast components requiring tight tolerance and finishing, hydraulic manifolds, valve trim, pump components, machined assemblies.

Supply Chain Solutions

ONE PO. ONE INVOICE. WHOLE COMPONENTS DELIVERED

Beyond what we do in-house, we manage audited partners for sand casting, forging, fabrication, and specialised coatings. VMI and Kanban stocking in USA and Europe. Quality system extended to all partners. Multi-process kits delivered as single shipments.

Customers consolidating multiple suppliers, sourcing complex multi-process components, needing local stocking near production lines.

Surface Treatment, Coating & Plating

SURFACE QUALITY THAT LASTS THE SERVICE LIFE

Automated pickling & passivation, sand/shot/glass bead blasting, electro polishing, robotic ultrasonic cleaning – all in-house. Hard chrome, nickelpolishing, robotic ultrasonic cleaning – all in-house. Hard chrome, nickel plating, paint, and powder coating through audited partners under our quality oversight.

BEST FOR:

Stainless components requiring engineered passive films, wear surfaces needing hard chrome, coated assemblies, multi-layer paint systems.

ENGINEERING-LED FROM RFQ

Every RFQ is reviewed by our DFM team — not auto-quoted. Tolerance, wall thickness, machining stock, GD&T, NDT, post-casting treatments, etc. — all validated before quote. If something's missing, we ask.

DFM FEASIBILITY STUDY

Adstefan simulation runs on every casting quote. Process capability checked on every machining quote. Surface treatment specs reviewed against in-house or partner capability. Clear GO / FEASIBLE WITH MODIFICATIONS / NO-GO before tooling investment.

IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 from raw material to delivery — across casting, machining, treatment, and partner work. One audit covers the whole component lifecycle.

Sustainability

Sustainability isn't a marketing line for us — it's how the foundry runs. Zero effluent discharge, water-based binders replacing alcohol-based formulations, in-house wax reclamation, ceramic waste converted to cement, and up to 84% renewable energy through wind and solar. Safety standards on par with global best practice. The result is a supply chain audit and ESG verification that pass without rework.

One Last Thing

Most foundries demand tooling cost upfront. Many overseas customers have lost tooling deposits and wasted months when development at a new foundry didn’t work out. We understand that risk. So for new export customers — once we agree on feasibility, we accept tooling payment after sample approval. We share the risk because we’re confident in our process capabilities.
